Position Overview: This role impacts sales and productivity of regional Ralph Lauren retail stores and maintains the brand image through consistent communication and creative presentation. The candidate will be a self-motivated leader responsible for managing the brand aesthetic and creating memorable customer experiences through the execution and maintenance of rigs and interior/window displays. Manage installation of all interior/window changeovers, including production of interior sets, prop handling, placement, and rigging. Develop unique design specifications aligned with seasonal themes. Maintain store interior sets daily, including mannequin repositioning, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products. Procure and compile creative and aesthetic elements for windows, such as wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and decorative props. Research and utilize multiple vendors and resources for props and decorations. Manage time effectively and organize to ensure team engagement and project completion. Nurture, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to the team. Conduct daily store walkthroughs to identify opportunities for improvement in aesthetics and tidiness. Plan and prepare for upcoming installations or floor changes according to a creative calendar. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop viable solutions. Manage budgets for installations and ensure projects stay within budget. Communicate regularly with store teams to align creative needs. Stay connected with the Corporate Office via the Team Site, updating directives, showrooms, advertising, and product information. Participate in updating the Team Site with photos and regional calendars. Monitor competitive creative trends and report insights to management. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Experience in visual presentation and rigging, preferably in a luxury retail environment or equivalent. Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations. Effective 360-degree communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
