Position: Total Rewards Manager (Temporary) Location: Honolulu Industry: Hospitality Salary: $45 per hour Parking: Provided on-site Local organization is seeking a motivated and strategic Total Rewards Manager to help grow their credit card rewards portfolio. As a subject matter expert and individual contributor, you will drive cardholder acquisition through key channels by developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new rewards cardholders. Manage and grow card acquisition programs. Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and new account openings. Plan and lead credit card program training with employees to ensure accurate and effective promotion to customers. Lead IT-related projects in collaboration with bank partners and internal stakeholders. Track and report promotional performance and account growth; deliver insights and actionable recommendations. Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to management. Manage external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution and program initiatives. Maintain relationships with bank managers and ensure alignment on training and program requirements. Provide general administrative support, including customer service coordination, accounting, invoicing, IT admin, and database maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the program. #RemedyHIDirectHire Minimum Requirements/Skills: Bachelor's degree or combination of related work experience and education. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing for consumer-oriented products or in the financial or travel industry. Experience in developing and executing high-impact marketing programs. Must be able to work independently and with both internal and external stakeholders. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties Must have analytical skills including budgeting, report modeling, and data analysis Must have excellent MS applications skills - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
