This foundation in DC is seeking a temporary Operations Coordinator to dive into a blended role of administrative support to driven leadership and operational organization for a mission-oriented office. This is an exciting temporary role with no two days the same, requiring international and domestic travel booking, tackling diverse operations, back-office projects, and the highest level of professional communication. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate demanding, multi-time zone calendars with poise and precision. Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Draft and proofread professional correspondence and internal communications.
Manage complex domestic and international travel planning from start to finish.
Process monthly expenses and track travel-related costs with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage office operations, such as supply inventory and ordering, vendor management, set-up and take-down for meetings, and ad hoc office projects.
Organize team events, in-office meetings, and offsites. Encourage a welcoming office environment to internal contacts and external guests.
Assist with administrative process improvements, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
