My client who is a leading ERP Software Solutions provider is currently looking to on board an experienced

Technical ERP Implementation consultant . The selected consultant will be thetechnicalproductexpert, leading design discussions,data migrationefforts, building and managing integrations,guiding clients on best practices, performing software configuration, providing training to customers, supporting issues, and more. A proven background across ERP implementations alongside the aforementioned technical acumen is required. This role will allow individuals to be based anywhere within the U.S. You can expect travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. in the region of 20-30%. Due to industry requirements, U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

Act as the subject matter expert fortechnical components duringthe implementation lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live support Leadthe data migration ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) process from the legacy system, ensuring accuracy of open balances, historical transactions, and relevant master data Advise customers ontechnicalbest practices,includingdata tools, migration methodology, APIintegrations, SQLscripting, ITdeployment, securitypolicies, etc. Designand modify reportsand forms, including incorporation of SQL scriptsto meet customer requirements Ensure the project is defined, designed, and configured effectively to best support the customer’s needs Validate thatthe customer understands the specifications of the software, such as inclusions and exclusions Lead workshops to gather requirements andassistin defining a blueprint and project plan, includingdata migration andthird party integrations Liaise with customersand third partiesto define requirements,configure API’sand develop integrations with external systems such as eCommerce, and draftwrittenspecifications Assistthe development team with understanding of specifications during the development ofmodifications,and subsequentlytest and document developed changes Collaborate with IT stakeholders on cloud deployment, networking, access controls, and security best practices Train the customer’s project team and provide knowledge transfer in theoperation of software Deliver specialized trainingon technical topics, as well as demonstrations to support pre-sale consultancy

The Candidate:

Proven ERP Consulting background with a strong Technical focus Strong background handling Technical ERP implementations from an end to end perspective Strong overalldata migration ETL,deployment architectures, and report writing skill set across ERP project work Strong understanding ofdatabaseand integrationtechnologies SQL Scripting Experience Strong API Integration knowledge Experience within the Lumber and Building Materials industry is a significant advantage Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills. Strong communicationskills, both verbal and written. Can present professionally at a senior level and ensure the presentations are focused on the customer’s needs. Bachelor’s degree or higher with a concentration in business or tech

Salary Bandings – $145k-$170k Per Annum + Benefits
