We are an established practice located in a state-of-the-art facility in Silvis, Illinois, looking for a passionate Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN. Our facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services, making it a perfect opportunity for candidates looking to make a positive impact in a medically underserved community.
Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care covering both inpatient and outpatient services.
- Perform necessary procedures including:
- Fetal monitoring
- OB ultrasounds performance and interpretation
- Routine deliveries and management of complications such as C-sections
- Minor and major gynecological surgeries
- Utilize a state-of-the-art birthing center with 16 LDRP rooms and a Level II nursery.
- Collaborate with local FQHC to ensure safety net care for women in the community.
- Participate in on-call options, to be discussed at the interview.
- Work in an outpatient office located on campus with experienced support staff.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency).
- Experience with required conditions/procedures, including fetal monitoring and minor gynecology.
- Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
- Comfortable handling both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
- Valid Illinois medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP).
