We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This 60-day opportunity starts Feb 16, 2026, and features Monday through Friday day shifts (7A-3P) with weekend and some weeknight call. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with pediatric patients and supervising CRNAs, and must hold an active NY license.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm; weekend and some weeknight call; includes call weekends Feb 20-22 and Mar 20-22; 7-10 days/month ongoing (please outline availability through July)

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients
  • Supervise CRNAs during procedures
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
  • Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, including weekends and weeknights

Additional Information
  • Must be board-certified or truly board-eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (prefer all at submission, but one may be obtained after offer)
  • Must be comfortable with pediatric cases
  • Active New York license required
