Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed :
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- 7 on, 7 off
- Locum providers must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
- 12 Hour shifts, rotate call
- Shift Times: 6pm-6am
Clinical Details :
- Patients per shift: 18-22
- Closed ICU, intensivist available for procedures
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Census: 90-95
- No procedures required
Requirements :
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
- Active AK license
- Must be BC in ABIM OR FM
- Must be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably 2 weeks per month
