• 350-bed tertiary care hospital
• Level I Trauma Center
• Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
• Attached 140-bed multispecialty hospital (Essentia Health Duluth)
• Open ICU (no ventilator management required)

Staffing & Census

• Physician-only teams: 16-18 patients/day
• Shared APP/Physician teams: 24-28 patients/day
• Dedicated day teams, admitters, and nocturnist coverage

• Inpatient teaching service for Family Medicine residents

VIRGINIA, MN - COMMUNITY CAMPUS DETAILS

• 30-bed hospital
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Certified Stroke Ready facility
• Hospitalist-run ICU

Staffing & Census

• Day: 1 Physician + 1 APP
• Night: Dedicated physician nocturnist
• Average team census: 14-28 patients , including admissions

ICU / ACU DETAILS

• Ventilator management required for 24-48 hours
• Critical Care consults readily available
• Subspecialty consults via phone or telehealth

• Board Certified / Board Eligible - Internal Medicine OR
• Board Certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine
