Coverage Needed
- Start Date: May 1, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Weekday Clinic & Night Call: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (St. Joseph) or 7:40 AM - 3:40 PM (Redwood), then night call from 5:00 PM - 7:30/7:40 AM the next day. Weekend call is 24-hour coverage.
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 3 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 4 Office Staff
- Patients Per Shift: 12-16
- Specialty Skills Required: Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology, including Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, Lower GI endoscopy, Liver biopsy, and more.
- Call Type: Beeper, with a response time of 20-30 minutes
Requirements
- Board Certification: Required in specialty
- License: Active CA license and DEA
- Certifications: BLS, ERCP, Active FLURO
- Experience: 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in the specialty
- Other: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
