Job Title: Vascular Surgeon - Permanent Position

We are seeking a Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to become part of our renowned practice located within a well-respected facility. Jackson, a city situated just 77 miles west of Detroit, offers a community celebrated for its commitment to quality healthcare and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care in a practice that includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic settings.
- Contribute to the growth of the service line, including handling a large volume of vascular cases.
- Collaborate with two vascular surgeons, one nurse practitioner, and certified vascular technicians.
- Participate in on-call duties with a 1:4 rotation covering nights and weekends.
- Utilize endovascular skills and manage vein-related cases as preferred.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
- TRULY Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
- Fellowship-trained in Vascular Surgery (to be completed prior to start).
- Clean malpractice and license history required.
- Current COVID and flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain).
- ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA and CSR/CDS certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
- Must have a valid Michigan medical license or be willing to obtain one.
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
- Current ACLS certification or willingness to obtain.
- DEA and CSR/CDS certification required prior to starting.
