- Provide administrative support to executives and department leaders
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding, office coordination, and vendor management
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Support special projects and cross-department initiatives
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
