- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering inbound calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry for invoices, orders, and billing processes.
- Handle receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and maintaining a well-organized front desk environment.
- Utilize QuickBooks to process financial transactions and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and track order entries to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Support team members with clerical tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with various departments to address administrative needs and improve office functionality. Requirements - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and cash handling processes.
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain confidentiality.
