This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in new product development, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership. About the Opportunity We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the growth and development of key product lines, including advanced control technologies and thermoplastic pumps. You'll drive product strategy, voice-of-customer initiatives, and successful market introductions across core industrial sectors such as water treatment, chemical processing, and related applications. In this role, you'll collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and procurement teams to manage the complete product lifecycle—from business case through launch and long-term product support. What You’ll Do Develop and execute 3- to 5-year strategic product line plans Own new product development and go-to-market strategies Conduct competitive and market analysis to drive business decisions Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-driven solutions Serve as internal and external product expert for assigned categories Shape marketing strategy, collateral, and messaging in collaboration with the team What We’re Looking For 5+ years of product management experience Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Marketing, or MBA preferred) Background in industrial markets or flow control preferred History of driving revenue and margin through product strategy Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional settings Strong presentation and reporting skills This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where your strategic insights, technical know-how, and customer focus will directly shape product success and long-term growth.
