As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of developing, launching, and optimizing their products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics, user experience, and market trends to guide the development and optimization of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with client objectives and leverages data insights. • Develop a product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on data analysis and client feedback. • Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations. • Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation through in-depth data analysis. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products and features. • Write detailed product requirements and user stories based on data insights and stakeholder input. • Ensure that product development is aligned with the strategic vision and goals. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate product concepts. • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. • Advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and pain points are addressed in product development. • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. • Manage expectations and negotiate priorities among stakeholders. • Define and track product success metrics, using A/B testing and other methods to evaluate feature performance. • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, making iterative improvements based on data. • Implement best practices for data-driven decision-making across the product management team. Required Qualifications: • Familiarity with Insurance. • 8+ years of experience in product management. • 8+ years successfully managing and delivering complex projects for clients. • 5+ years with project management tools and data analytics tools. • 5+ years of experience with software development processes and/or methodologies. • Ability to travel at least 25%. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a variety of industries and product types. • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the client’s industry. • Certification in product management, project management, or related fields. • Prior experience in a consulting firm or similar client-facing role. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. • Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
