ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include: Defining product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to meet user needs and maintain competitive advantage. Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver solutions promptly. Monitoring market trends and adjusting product strategies accordingly. Securing stakeholder buy-in for product vision. Developing and tracking KPIs to measure product success and adjusting strategies as needed. Coordinating product launches and promotions with marketing and sales teams. Leading roadmap discussions, conducting user research, and managing cross-functional teams to meet milestones within budgets and timelines. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. Certifications like CPM or ACPMPO are highly regarded. Experience with product management tools and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills and market understanding. Proven experience in manufacturing or similar industries. Computer Skills Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
