Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven senior HR officer to join Khushi Baby
Responsibilities: Lead the strategic direction and execution of the organization's HR and administrative functions
Develop and oversee comprehensive HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, JD creation, recruitment, and onboarding
Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of all staff, particularly field teams
Supervise logistics, procurement, and financial management activities to ensure operational efficiency
Conduct and manage performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and professional development planning
Oversee filing systems, documentation, and official records with a focus on compliance and accessibility
Address employee grievances and implement solutions in line with organizational policies
Facilitate regular HR audits, including compliance with labor laws and legal frameworks
Manage vendor contracts, monitor renewal processes, and ensure adherence to terms
Provide strategic oversight on cost-effectiveness initiatives and sensitize staff to budget compliance
Regularly assess organizational HR needs and recommend improvements to systems and processes
Ensure seamless functioning and adoption of HRMS systems; liaise with service providers for optimization
Support event planning and execution for internal and external meetings, including workshops and staff engagements
Lead the organization's employee engagement strategies to maintain a motivated and cohesive workforce
Act as the primary point of contact for legal and compliance matters, including investigations and reporting
Collaborate with leadership to develop reports, policies, and strategies for organizational growth and development
Requirements: Full-time MBA/Post-graduation degree in Administration/HR or equivalent
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR and administrative leadership roles
Proven expertise in strategic HR management, policy development, and administration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with leadership, staff, and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HRMS platforms
Experience in the development sector/non-profit organizations preferred
