Apply at www.compostnow.org/about-us/careers Job Description: Pay starts at $20/hr (up to $22/hr, based on CDL status). Weekly pay. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6 am - 2 pm. Service 100 local residential accounts per shift, including household and walk-in office locations. Occasionally deliver compostable goods to office and restaurant customers. Collect 4-gallon bins with food waste, leave clean, empty bins, and ensure customer locations are left clean. Return to the warehouse to unload your van at the end of your route. Perform safety and vehicle checks, weigh and record bin weights, take service notes, and keep the vehicle clean. Requirements: Comfort maneuvering large vehicles, clean driving record, ability to pass background check. Operate vehicles safely according to OSHA, DOT, and local laws; demonstrate safety commitment. Physically active work environment; willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong customer service skills and responsibility; ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight; good communication and adaptability. Benefits: Weekly pay.
