Lead daily operations, maintain open communication, and recognize team members. Qualifications Proven experience in developing teams. Knowledge of restaurant operations systems. Track record of career progress. Preferred current, salaried management experience. Benefits Weekly Pay, balanced schedules: one weekend off per month.
