This role requires hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and perform assembly work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for long periods, handling repetitive tasks, and collaborating effectively in a team setting. Responsibilities: Assemble and service trucks and vans using schematics and specialized tools Perform troubleshooting and light mechanical repairs as needed Lift and move up to 50 lbs with body strength and lifting aids Work efficiently on a moving assembly line with a sense of urgency Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (required); technical certifications are a plus ASE Certification and/or Ford Certification (preferred) Automotive mechanical and troubleshooting experience Strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and mechanical aptitude Ability to stand for long shifts and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license (required) Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening & background check Benefits and Perks: Pay Rate: $16-17.50/hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) program with company participation Weekly pay Training and career growth opportunities Your New Organization: At our customer’s facility in Avon Lake, you’ll join a trusted leader in commercial fleet assembly and service.
