This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with education or 1-2 years of experience in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Assemble, package, and label products accurately and efficiently. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment. Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety training programs. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior experience required; 1-2 years in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
