Job Description Be an ambassador to and advocate for the guest experience, from arrival to departure and everything in between. Act as a liaison between the property, the city, the state and the resort guests, directing them to any department on property for assistance, helping with reservations on and off property (e.g., sleeping rooms, dinner, sports, theater, etc.), arranging transportation to and from the airport, around town, and around the state, and assisting guests with any services they may need.

Training & Experience Two years experience as a Concierge or Front Desk Agent at a private club or a AAA and/or Mobile rated hotel. A valid driver’s license required.

Job Knowledge

Previous customer service skills or hotel/resort experience preferred; check in/out guests and provide high quality guest service. Computer skills, general cashiering/concierge duties, and a valid driver’s license required.

Thorough knowledge of the Jacksonville area and general knowledge of the State of Florida; working knowledge of the concierge position and assisting guests and members in a professional manner.
