R-94644**Great Waste a Waste Connections company is hiring Driver Helpers for Rear Load in Opa Locka, FL!**Are you passionate about working outdoors, growing your career, and sharing our #1 value: **SAFETY****Pay:** $20–$24/hr, depending on experience**Work Week:** 50–60 hours per week, with rotating weekends as needed**POSITION SUMMARY:**In this physically active position, you will assist a garbage truck driver with the collection of residential or commercial waste on a designated route. This role involves heavy lifting, walking/running short distances, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.We are specifically looking for motivated individuals who are **interested in obtaining a CDL within the next 2–3 years**.
