Academic Affairs continuously seeks faculty with strong teaching and student support skills. These part‑time and limited‑term positions can lead into longer‑term appointments, including instructors, lecturers, and tenure‑track faculty roles. Teaching part‑time and as a limited‑term faculty member provides an opportunity to experience the UWG community and expand your career opportunities.
Responsibilities
Teach four or five courses per semester, subject to negotiation with the dean.
Participate in course planning, assessment, and grading.
Engage in student advising and support activities.
Contribute to faculty service and institutional initiatives.
Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and scholarship.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in the field of study.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in the field of study.
Teaching experience.
Proposed Salary Salary based on education and experience.
