General Position Summary The Warehouse delivery driver is responsible for transporting labels between warehouses and customer locations while also assisting with warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, and inventory checks. The role combines safe driving with hands‑on warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles
Deliver goods to distribution centers or directly to customers.
Ensure on‑time and accurate deliveries while following traffic and safety regulations.
Load trucks accurately and securely to prevent damage.
Unload goods at delivery points and verify items against delivery notes.
Assist with stock movement, picking, and packing orders.
Perform general warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
Complete delivery logs, invoices, and paperwork.
Report vehicle issues, delivery discrepancies, or damaged goods.
Shift hours are:
11:00am-7:00pm with some flexibility depending on delivery requirements
Specific Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications
Valid clean driver’s license
Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
Good communication skills for interacting with customers and warehouse staff.
Basic time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, move and carry heavy packages (often 50lbs, occasionally 80lbs).
Sit/drive safely for prolonged periods of time whilst making deliveries.
Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather.
