Driver CDL Part-Time
Join Mondelēz International (Nabisco) as a driver located in Dothan, AL. We are the makers of Oreo, Ritz, Triscuit, Sour Patch, and Swedish Fish.
As a Driver, you will deliver our products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses, ensuring timely and quality deliveries with a focus on safety.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with procedures and perform regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to guarantee safety.
Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
Perform all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager or Dispatch.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least 2 years of proven safe driving experience.
Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for a federal facility).
Preferred direct-store delivery (DSD) experience.
Pass a drug test, motor‑vehicle record (MVR), and background check.
FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required.
Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious convictions.
Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
Basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation.
Proficiency in using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Ability to use a scanner and log deliveries.
Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
Salary & Benefits
Hourly pay rate: $28.60 per hour.
Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) bonus.
