Onsite Night Guest Attendant
Location: WoodSpring Suites, Newington, CT. The onsite night guest attendant is the face of the property and the first point of contact for guests. This position will live onsite, work evening shifts, and be on call overnight to oversee after‑hours activities.

Primary Duties
Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety and security
Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out during after‑hours
Complete all laundry responsibilities: washing, drying, folding, organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area
Perform cleaning tasks as needed: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas, stocking supplies, preparing rooms that housekeeping couldn’t clear during day shift
Follow emergency procedures and ensure security needs of property and guests are met
Be on call overnight for after‑hours guest needs
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel operations preferred
Proficient computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Proactive problem solver
Physical Requirements
Kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods
Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs
