Job Description
The Senior Treasury / Treasury Section Head will be responsible for managing Naqla's liquidity, funding, banking relationships, and cash flow planning to ensure financial stability and support business growth. The role requires proactive risk management, optimization of working capital, and implementation of treasury policies that align with the company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities Cash & Liquidity Management
Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Monitor working capital and recommend strategies to optimize it.
Banking & Funding
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Negotiate credit facilities, loans, and banking terms.
Ensure compliance with covenants and funding agreements.
Treasury Operations & Controls
Supervise payments, collections, and treasury transactions.
Implement and monitor treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Manage treasury systems and automation initiatives.
Risk Management
Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial risks, including FX and interest rate exposure.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Reporting & Insights
Provide treasury reports to management and board, including liquidity status, cash forecasts, and funding needs.
Support decision-making with financial insights related to capital allocation and financing.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting (MBA, or CTP is a plus).
7-10 years of treasury/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of cash management, banking products, and funding strategies.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with banks and financial partners.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Experience in high-growth industries (logistics, technology, FMCG) is preferred.
