A growing Private Investment Firm is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR/Payroll Accountant-Alternative Investment Management Firm to support the finance team and portfolio companies. The role handles AP processing, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and employee expense reports
Manage end-to-end payroll and related journal entries
Maintain vendor and employee records, handle inquiries
Support month-end close and reconciliations
Qualifications:
4+ years of AP/AR/payroll experience; financial services or multi-entity firm exposure preferred
Familiarity with accounting systems
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
