Join a stable, close‑knit organization as a Real Estate Paralegal (or Legal Assistant) and provide essential support to the General Counsel and CEO in a professional, balanced environment. Schedule:
Fully on‑site
Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Salary Range:
$70,000 – $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the General Counsel with legal filings, documentation, correspondence, and transactional matters
Assist in real estate closings, including preparing, reviewing, and organizing closing documents
Read and analyze title reports and settlement statements
Track and manage critical deadlines, contracts, filings, entity obligations, and calendar items
Coordinate with third‑party vendors for filings and related services
Support litigation management, including maintaining case files and liaising with outside counsel
Handle entity management tasks (formation, maintenance, and dissolution)
Collaborate with accounting/finance teams on loan monitoring and reporting to banks/investors
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
Proactively streamline processes and manage multiple priorities independently
Required Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Closing & Compliance Specialist/Manager with a strong focus on real estate in a legal setting
In‑depth understanding of real estate transactions, title reports, settlement statements, and related processes
Proven experience working with third‑party vendors, managing deadlines, and calendar management
Confident self‑starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
Professional, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a steady‑paced environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus Qualifications:
Paralegal certification or equivalent
Background in corporate or finance law alongside real estate
