Position Overview
Coordinator, Logistics in Auburn, NY. First Shift at $28.00 per hour. Full benefits starting first day. 4 weeks vacation annually.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customer service to manage expedited and hot orders.
Complete metrics tracking and reporting for the department.
Pick, pull, and confirm orders for shipment.
Coordinate efforts with the inventory team.
Oversee documentation and procedures for Canadian and parcel shipments.
Assist with various international orders, including spreadsheet tracking and Grainger shipments.
Work closely with union members, supervisors, and shipping/inventory office staff.
Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
Prior experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or a related field preferred.
Advanced Excel experience and proficiency with spreadsheets and shipping software.
ERP experience required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with both union and non‑union staff.
Willingness to learn all aspects of the shipping and receiving process.
