Application developer for Automation and Testing in the VS&Co IT Stores & Omni-Channel organization (supporting Victoria’s Secret, Pink, and other business areas) is accountable for developing automated tests that support the digital platform during projects of varying size. These tests can support the VS&Co websites, mobile applications, and ancillary systems. Additionally, the role is a key contributor for recommendations and changes to the VSTAE framework and CICD pipeline that supports the business digital platform. The candidate will leverage experience and learn in coding practices and application development, and will effectively communicate and collaborate with the team, other IT teams, and the product owner they support. They should have a desire to learn about technology and the retail industry as a whole.

Minimum Salary: $96,500.00
Maximum Salary: $131,775.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
4‑year degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of coursework and job experience
3+ years’ experience application development in Selenium and/or Cucumber
3+ years’ experience of application development in Java or other Object‑Oriented language
Ability to work in a very fast‑paced, marketing‑driven, multi‑task environment
Awareness of emerging automation technologies, patterns, and consumer trends
Understanding of Application Program Interface (API)
Understanding of multiple types of application constructs
Exposure to code management
Experience with Test driven development
Automated Functional Testing experience
Awareness of Performance Testing
Awareness of Continuous Integration tools
Skills/Experience
Experience working with Selenium and Cucumber
Experience working with Java
Exposure to design patterns and reusable libraries
Understanding of Risk Based Testing (RBT) principles
Understanding of Quality Management practices
Experience with Agile, Test‑Driven Development
Knowledge of testing approaches for APIs, mobile applications and web applications
Ability to write clean, maintainable code
Working knowledge of SCM with strong emphasis on Git and proper Git Flow
