Project Manager – MEP Construction This Project Manager position will lead the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion.

Salary $85,000–$110,000 per year.

Job Details As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure timely and profitable delivery.

Manage communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives.

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with all safety and industry regulations.

Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and change orders for accuracy and completeness.

Lead collaboration between field and office teams to identify solutions and drive efficiency.

Manage procurement, resource allocation, and project logistics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Significant experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong understanding of safety standards, codes, and industry regulations.
