We are seeking an experienced
Energy Transportation Analyst / Project Manager
to join our Houston team. This role combines
project leadership, data analytics, and commercial system expertise
to support mission‑critical operations in the oil and gas industry. You will collaborate across commercial, IT, regulatory, and operational teams to drive
process improvements, system enhancements, and data‑driven decisions . Key Responsibilities
Lead
24/7 system support
for internal and external customers, acting as a liaison with IT to resolve system‑related issues. Manage projects from
requirements gathering to testing and implementation , ensuring quality and compliance. Collaborate with commercial, IT, and regulatory teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement
business solutions . Design and develop
prototypes, proofs of concept, and analytical tools
for market analysis, customer behavior prediction, and operational optimization. Act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
on Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) systems, data visualization, and analytics. Prepare
revenue budgets, forecasting, and monthly reporting
for stakeholders. Support business expansion projects by providing detailed system and operational requirements in advance. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (Master's preferred). 6+ years of experience
in the energy (oil & gas) industry, including scheduling and contracting processes (pre‑flow, flow, post‑flow). Proven experience in
leading diverse teams
and managing cross‑functional projects. Advanced skills in
Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
and
Power BI
or similar BI tools. Experience with
Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) systems
and relational database querying. Ability to perform
statistical analysis and data‑driven decision making . Knowledge of machine learning tools is a plus. Why Join Us
