Position Description
Responsibilities
Supporting the execution of new work to deliver superior solutions to our customers.
Leading multidisciplinary engineering and production teams to successfully meet requirements within budget and on schedule.
Supporting solutions architecture and detailed design efforts.
Using experience and expertise to promote and capture new opportunities and supporting bid and proposal technical writing and task duration estimation.
Position Requirements
Degree: Bachelors in Engineering or Technical Discipline
Years of Experience: 6+ years
The qualified candidate must have experience in all areas of the design cycle. Bid and proposal support is preferred. This includes but is not limited to the following: Demonstrated track record supporting design solutions for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) requirements.
Previous experience leading a technical team, demonstrating strong organization skills and technical proficiency.
Possess superior analytical and problem‑solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers within company and customers.
Proven experience in developing and documenting proposed architectures for highly complex DoD and OGA requirements.
Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior internal and external business leaders and customers.
Experience with forming winning industry partnerships based on analysis of solution requirements, customer knowledge, and JFTI internal capabilities.
Salary and Working Conditions Salary Range: 140K-175K and will be commensurate with experience.
Employment Type: Full‑Time.
Level of Clearance Required: Secret.
Travel: 5%-15%.
