Position: Office Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, including managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of the office.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and medical assistants
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of patient appointments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Handle billing and insurance claims processing
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new patients
Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with therapists to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Provide support to therapists and other staff members as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a managerial role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
Knowledge of insurance billing and coding procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
