Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a dependable, self‑motivated Apartment Community Manager. Pay Range
$24.00/hr – $27.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Job Description
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of residential properties. Schedule routine maintenance (landscaping, mowing, roof tiles, air vents). Manage resident and maintenance staff; enforce rental terms. Collect rent and other property fees; pay property expenses. Report financial status, occupancy, lease expirations to owners. Show properties to prospective tenants; assess applications (anti‑discrimination laws). Advertise vacant properties; hire leasing agent. Inspect properties; arrange repairs and new materials. Arrange contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security. Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of apartment management experience. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi and/or One Site). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer‑service focused; strong team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Flexible schedule, including weekends. Ability to tour the community (walk the property, climb stairs). Conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of rental contracts, property and anti‑discrimination laws. Benefits
