We are seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services at various client locations on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover shifts for absent employees. Travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning duties as scheduled or on short notice. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and site-specific needs. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Requirements
Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning required. Ability to travel to multiple job sites within [City/Region]; reliable transportation required. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability and manage time effectively. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
