What You'll Do Build and maintain the data infrastructure that transforms raw listening data into actionable insights for the podcasting and digital radio ecosystem. You'll work with massive datasets to create accurate measurement solutions that industry stakeholders trust for audience analytics and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust data processing pipelines for accurate listening measurement and reporting

Develop automated systems for data ingestion, validation, and quality assurance across multiple audio platforms

Create and maintain visualization dashboards and reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders

Build ML/AI models for audience measurement, demographic analysis, and listening pattern recognition

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in measurement reporting that impacts industry decisions

Optimize data delivery systems for real-time and batch reporting requirements

Collaborate with client-facing teams to translate measurement needs into technical solutions

What We're Looking For Technical Excellence:

Programming Languages: Scala, JavaScript, Python

Big Data & ML/AI Expertise: Apache Spark, Pandas, supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP

AWS Proficiency: S3, SageMaker, RDS/PostgreSQL, QuickSight, Lambda, EMR, Athena

Analytics & Visualization: SQL, Apache Druid, Looker, Apache Zeppelin notebooks

Infrastructure: Terraform for infrastructure as code

DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, alerts, deployment automation

Integration: API development and management

Personal Qualities:

Genuine interest in audio content, podcasting, and digital radio

Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team environment

Curious mindset with passion for turning data into relevant business insights
