Union Square Events is hiring immediately for full‑time positions.
Location NYMM F&B Catering - 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036. Online applications accepted.
Schedule Full time schedule. Monday – Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Requirements Event Management, Hotel, and Supervisory experience required.

Pay Range $32.00 per hour to $35.00 per hour
Job Summary Responsibilities for this role include working closely with event coordinators, managing banquet event orders, fulfilling special arrangements, and communicating with management.
Responsibilities
Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.
Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information, determine proper setup, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc.
Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements. Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance.
Report back to Manager on Duty (MOD) any relevant changes to timeline, guest count, special needs.
