Orchard Heights is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Full‑time Recreation Aide to join our exceptional team!!!

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in providing engaging, resident‑centered experiences.

As a Recreation Aide, you will support the Recreation Director in delivering high‑quality recreational programming that promotes an active, enriching, and enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. You will assist with planning and facilitating a variety of social, cultural, and leisure activities tailored to individual interests, abilities, and preferences. Providing personalized attention and honoring resident requests are central to this role, ensuring every resident feels valued, included, and engaged.

In addition, the Recreation Aide will assist with transporting residents to community events, outings, and special activities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and positive experience while representing Orchard Heights with professionalism and courtesy.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience working with seniors preferred

Related education is a bonus! (i.e. social work, gerontology, education)

Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
