Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a full-time Resident Assistant to join our Personal Care team!
Responsibilities Our Resident Assistants (RCAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for person-directed Care.” You will develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You will help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Job Details Now Hiring Full-time 3p-11p
Hourly range $16 - $17 depending on experience
Qualifications
A desire to have a positive impact in the lives of older adults
Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
New grads are welcome!
