Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines, along with a friendly and engaging personality.
Essential Functions
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers at the bar and tables
Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses and bar utensils
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health and safety standards
Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bartender
Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Must be 18 years of age
Physical Demands for the Position Bartenders will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, walk, and carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
