C&S has an immediate opening for full-time Bankcard Customer Support Specialist in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist: $17.50/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and rotating Saturday hours from 8 a.m.– 12 p.m. Responsibilities for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist: provide customer support to external and internal customers via email and telephone concerning consumer and small business credit and debit cards process payments, reports, and credit card applications handle internal and external customer issues and inquiries, work on projects and research/resolve customer requests Requirements for Bankcard Customer Support Specialist: prior banking or credit card industry experience is a plus. computer experience to include Microsoft Word and Excel excellent oral and written communication skills strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Apply online (including resume) at csemployment.com and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City.
