Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Client Service team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Oversee daily client service operations and ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and monitor performance metrics for team members.

Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.

Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

Manage the complete client life cycle for assigned relationships.

Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues & external partners.

Prepare and process client onboarding documentation.

Facilitate money movements, transfers of assets, charitable contributions and RMDs with high level of accuracy.

Monitor cash & account activity, custodian alerts and confirm completion of submitted requests.

Prepare for and attend client meetings as necessary, manage follow-up and documentation.

Monitor external alternative investments; complete subscription agreements, process & track capital calls/distributions.

Provide quarterly overview of billing calculations using provided comparisons.

Proactively communicate with and anticipate the unique needs of your clients.

Create & maintain formula-based analytics using Excel.

Manage special projects and life events based on client requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams

Strong strategic thinking skills

Demonstrated success in change management initiatives and driving organizational transformation

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (high level of competency in Excel)

Strong decision making-skills and ability to handle escalated client issues effectively.

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

Physical Requirements

Requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.

May require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.

Pay Information This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Washington. The pay range for this position is $85,000-$127,000 USD per year.

We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
