We are looking for a trusted partner who is hands-on, highly interactive, and focused on partnering with production to ensure safe, compliant food and feed BioSolutions.**In this role you'll make an impact by:*** Being present on the manufacturing floor, supporting production teams with day-to-day quality questions and problem solving.* Conducting GMP inspections and walkthroughs, identifying issues early and helping drive practical solutions.* Coordinating and supporting customer complaint investigations, working cross-functionally to identify root cause and corrective actions.* Helping resolve deviations and nonconformances by partnering with operations, maintenance, and quality colleagues.* Supporting a regional quality team, gaining exposure to multiple production sites and processes.**To succeed you must hold:*** Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field* 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance* Strong understanding and background in SAP* HACCP Certified, PCQI Certification is a bonus* A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding how processes work and how to improve them* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with production teams* Comfort working in a GMP manufacturing environment and on the production floor**Location:** New Berlin, WI**Application Deadline:** January 26, 2026**Expected Salary Range:** $75k to $89k**Benefits you will enjoy:*** 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution!* Minimum of 3 weeks' vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time* Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance* Healthcare savings account option with generous employer contribution* Employee assistance program* Parental leave* Tuition reimbursement* All benefits begin on your first day!**Then apply today!**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
