Problem‑solving, customer‑service and decision‑making skills. Commitment to teaching, growing and motivating a team. Adherence to proper procedures and a culture of food safety. Flexible availability for a full‑time shift schedule. Physical & Transportation Requirements
Stand and move for most or all of the shift. Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill. Maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in. Secure reliable transportation to and from the store, and occasionally for training or other tasks. Benefits & Growth Opportunities
