commercial re-roofs, tenant improvements, preventative maintenance, repairs, and industrial roofing projects

across the state.

We are currently seeking an experienced

Commercial Roofing Foreman

to lead field crews and oversee the execution of commercial roofing projects across multiple systems. This is a hands‑on, field-based leadership role that requires occasional overnight travel and reports directly to the

Commercial Roofing Division Manager .

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in

commercial roofing , with prior experience leading crews or acting as a working foreman

Strong working knowledge of

low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofing systems , including Coatings and Hot Air Welded Single-Ply systems (TPO/PVC); Standing Seam Metal experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to read plans, scopes of work, and job specifications

Experience operating or supervising the use of

Forklifts, Lulls, Scissor Lifts, and Boom Lifts

(certifications preferred)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise commercial roofing crews on active job sites

Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Perform hands‑on installation and repairs across multiple commercial roofing systems

Serve as the on‑site point of contact for field operations, coordinating with project management as needed

Enforce company

safety policies

and OSHA standards; conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspections

Monitor productivity, material usage, and workmanship to maintain schedules and budgets

Mentor crew members and support skill development and performance improvement

Complete job documentation, time tracking, and reporting as required

Perform additional duties as assigned
