as a Field Operations Manager for our Business Card Distribution Team. This role is based in the Hackensack, NJ office and requires frequent travel across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
Team Management and Training: Oversee and support a team of independent (1099) distributors across multiple states; conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions; serve as the primary point of contact for field team members.
Field Operations: Travel regularly to monitor field activities and audit distribution efforts to ensure compliance with company standards.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Collect and compile distribution data; create detailed reports on team performance, coverage, and engagement metrics; utilize Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and other tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership to align distribution strategies with overall marketing goals and provide field insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in field team management, operations, or marketing campaign oversight.
Proven experience managing remote or independent contractor teams.
Experience in door‑to‑door, street team, or grassroots marketing/distribution is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Comfortable with frequent travel; must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle with 100/300 Bodily Injury limits.
Ability to lift and transport marketing materials (business cards, boxes, etc.) as needed.
Compensation Base salary: $80,000 — $100,000 USD. Compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, skills, and market factors.
