For our HQ, we are currently looking for a Brand Activation Specialistto join our Trade Marketing team.

In this role, you will contribute to the execution of retail and wholesale marketing initiatives, supporting brand visibility across sales channels and delivering consistent, on-brand experiences in-store and through events.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement seasonal campaigns, activations and events.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the planning and execution of seasonal retail marketing activations, including window displays, in-store visual elements and POS materials (banners, window stickers, structures, props, etc.)

Coordinate the production and rollout of retail displays for direct stores and wholesale partners

Support the organization and execution of seasonal sales meetings, corporate events and brand events, including Fashion Week and special retail activations

Interface with external agencies, suppliers and internal logistics teams to support timelines, quality standards and operational needs

Support the development and implementation of B2B trade marketing tools and collateral for wholesale partners

Provide marketing support for new store openings, from concept execution to on-site implementation

Support the execution of brand programs and initiatives, including loyalty programs and consumer promotions

Contribute to digital and omnichannel brand activations, in connection with retail initiatives

Contribute to market and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices

Handle data management and operational activities, including DAM, CRM, archives and POP order entry

Support administrative processes, including purchase order entry, invoice verification and coordination with the Finance department

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or similar roles

Strong interest in brand activation, retail marketing and events

International mindset and customer‑centric approach

Well‑organized, with a hands‑on and execution‑focused attitude

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple activities in parallel

Strong problem‑solving skills

Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Suite

Experience with logistics coordination, administrative processes or customer service is considered a plus
