Project Executive – Data Centers

We are seeking a Project Executive with strong data center construction experience to oversee project delivery, lead client relationships, and support teams across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has previously worked for a general contractor or owner/developer and has managed large, complex data center builds from preconstruction through commissioning. This role provides strategic direction, drives project performance, and ensures that all project teams deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results. Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for data center construction projects throughout the full lifecycle. Serve as the primary client-facing executive, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and successful project outcomes. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management at a portfolio level. Support and guide project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure consistency and quality across all scopes of work. Lead high-level coordination with design partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company processes. Assist with preconstruction efforts, including estimating, planning, procurement strategies, and design review. Identify and resolve escalated project issues while driving continuous improvement in execution. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in construction management, including data center or mission-critical projects. Experience working for a general contractor or owner/operator with responsibility for large-scale project delivery. Strong understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support multiple project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management abilities. Proficient with construction and project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.). Preferred
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Experience overseeing multiple simultaneous data center builds or large hyperscale programs. Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent (asset, not required). What We Offer
